The short version: this website describes a service we're building and lets you join a waitlist or ask about our pilot. Joining doesn't commit you, or us, to anything. Please use the site honestly, and know that everything here, including the examples and videos, may change before launch.
Agreement
These terms apply to your use of doorstepmoves.com (the “site”), operated by [Doorstep legal entity name] (“Doorstep,” “we,” or “us”). By using the site or submitting a form, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What the site is today
Doorstep is a new way for apartment communities to send renters private move-in offers. The service is not live yet. Today, the site describes the service and lets renters join a waitlist and apartment communities express interest in a pilot.
- Joining the waitlist or submitting pilot interest creates no obligation for you or for us.
- We don't guarantee that the service will launch in your area or on any timeline, that any community will participate, or that you will receive any offer.
- Product screens, example profiles, dashboards, prices, and walkthrough videos on the site use sample data for illustration. Features may change before launch.
- The site doesn't provide real estate brokerage, legal, financial, or tax advice.
Your information
When you submit a form, please give accurate information and submit only your own information, or your company's information if you're authorized to share it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the site or submit forms
- Try to interfere with, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or to send spam or harmful content
Our content
The site and its content, including text, design, the Doorstep name, logo, and icon, videos, and images, belong to Doorstep or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view and share the site for personal or internal business purposes. Please don't copy, modify, or reuse our content or branding without our written permission.
Other websites and services
The site may link to or rely on services run by others, such as Cloudflare and Google. We aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise the site will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doorstep won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, data, or opportunities, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska, and you and Doorstep consent to their jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Doorstep grows. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
